1. Where is my package?
After placing the order, it usually takes 1-2 working days to process the order and 5-8 working days for delivery. If this time has passed and your package has not yet arrived, please contact our customer service.

2. Where can I find my track & trace code?
Once the order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail. Also check your spam folder, as sometimes our e-mails end up there. Please note that it may take some time before the Track & Trace link becomes active.

3. How can I follow the progress of my order?
You can follow the progress of your order with the Track & Trace number you received by e-mail. Enter the Track & Trace on our Track & Trace page to see the status of your delivery.

4. I am not satisfied with my package.
