Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home completely free of charge. No minimum order is required.

Delivery Conditions

We mainly use DHL and Italian Post as couriers to ship your orders. Your order is prepared and inspected in our warehouses before being handed over to the courier. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 working days of your order, you can contact us at support@falentia.com

How long does delivery take?

Below are the average delivery times for our packages:

  • Order cut-off time: 18:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Rome)
  • Order processing time: 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: 5-8 working days (Monday to Friday)

Note well: Like many other online businesses, we may experience periods of heavy traffic that could cause delays. Please take this into account when placing your order. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

Cancellation Conditions

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placement, provided the product has not yet been shipped or produced. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow our return procedure.
